  • For custom cookies, please submit an order request through the Custom Orders page. Seasonal and holiday sets are available to purchase directly through the website when offered.

  • Availability is limited and varies throughout the year. I recommend reaching out as early as possible (1-3 months in advance), especially for larger orders or peak seasons. Order requests are reviewed as capacity allows.

  • Yes. Custom orders require a minimum quantity of two dozen.

  • At this time, cookies are available for local pickup only. Local delivery may be available for large orders (10 dozen +). All orders are picked up in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Pickup location details are shared after an order is confirmed.

  • Yes! Custom orders can be tailored to your event, within the design style selected. I’ll always confirm what’s possible before moving forward.

  • Absolutely. Corporate orders are welcome and may include logos, branding, or coordinated colour palettes.

  • Small changes may be possible depending on timing and availability. Once designs and quantities are finalized, changes are not guaranteed.

  • Custom orders are not available during major holidays. Instead, I offer a limited number of holiday pre-order gift sets designed specifically for those occasions.

  • Cookies are made in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens. While nuts are not a standard ingredient, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • At this time, I do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free cookies. All cookies are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, and other common allergens.

  • Because orders are made to order, all sales are final. In the rare case that I’m unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be provided.
